I was so very forturnate that he performed my valve replacement surgery on Nov. 16, 2007. While Dr. Gaudiani is located 3 hours from my home, he came so highly recommended that I knew I wanted him to do my surgery even if it meant being "away from home." The afternoon prior to my surgery my husband and I met him at his office. We chatted about my procedure, his love of literature, particularly poetry, family and my work as a teacher among other things. I went into surgery without doubt and fear and to this day feel so lucky to have had a surgeon of his caliber. Thank you for allowing this "visit' via the video with a man I have such high regard for. He is a brilliant surgeon and warm, caring human being.
