I was just reading an interesting book about heart health.
Did you know the heart pumps 1,800 gallons of blood through 75,000 miles of blood vessels… Each day!!!
Here’s an interesting diagram which shows the movement of blood through out the body:
Absolutely amazing what our hearts can do!!!
