		<description>Absolutely astounding!  I just hope when I have to go through valve replacement surgery again (I have a porcine mitral valve now for over 8 years), that our doctors here in the west will be up to date on the latest and least invasive procedures and that I will have a good fighting chance to get through it without too much trauma, and with a good outcome/prognosis. 

Thanks for posting this, I know it&#039;s about 11 years ago but I just found it....I&#039;m also an A Fib patient, and I found it during some other research in on A Fib and valvular disease.
