Dr Ross did my surgery in October, 1973. I am doing well. I have two sons - the oldest finished his bachelor degree and the youngest will finish next year. I am doing my PHD degree I hope I will finish next year. I visited London in 2004.  I do not know how to reach to Dr Ross. I will go to London again soon.
