		<description>I have been on Coumadin for 5 years and today i took a Prilocec OC and after 3 and a half hours i felt as if i was going to faint ant my head spinning..Could that be from the interraction of both pills?

Prilosec (omeprazole) may inhibit hepatic metabolsim of coumadin (warfarin) and cause an increase in INR and thus an increased chance of bleeding. It is recommended to keep the Prilosec dose to less than 20 mgs a day.
