I just spent some time at the post office here in Redondo Beach, California. It looks like the United States Postal Service just created a flat-rate shipment to ALL countries around the world.

That said, the paperback copy of my heart valve surgery book, The Patient’s Guide To Heart Valve Surgery, will most likely be ready for international shipments within the next few weeks.
