I just went to my doctor and there is no calcification at all. I still go every six months for various routine tests at the doctor's suggestion of keeping an "eye" on it. I hope this helps you in some way. He is being checked, yearly, but I don't know if this if enough. Doctors tell him that he will eventually have to have a valve replacement and they are waiting until it is absolutely necessary, since he is only 47, soon to be 48 in Feb.
